The Technical Infrastructure Segment works very hard to ensure an accurate and timely release of the ICS205, or "channel plan," for the Boston Marathon. Given the myriad radio models with varying firmware versions and programming software, it's simply not feasible to support all combinations. We provide the channel assignments, frequency pairs, offsets, PL tones, etc., and expect team members to program their radios accordingly.

As Marathon Monday approaches, you will see a flurry of activity in the Forums (https://forums.hamradioboston.org). Your fellow volunteers will post their configurations for your use, and like other aspects of Amateur Radio, the community is there to help and support you! Don't hesitate to use the forums if you get stuck - it's possible someone may have the same radio/firmware/programming software and can help point you in the right direction.
